Where do you get the credit/background checks done? How much does it cost? Do you like how it works? Is it legal? Thanks in advance!

If you don't do ALOT of screening, a product called MyScreeningReport.com might be worth checking out. It is especially for private landlords. There aren't any special discounts that I know of, but it includes EVICTION information which I have foudn some similar products don't do.

If your looking to do tenant screening on a tenant for eviction- credit - criminal I would recommend http://www.tenantverification.com. They have a good package deal. If your just looking for credit screening go to one of the credit bureaus.

Anyone have webb address for major credit reports companys,i can get a report other then on my self? most i was told ya can only get a ck if on yourself due to privc laws..... HELP IF YA CAN PLEASE.! signed by :The old Crip Gabben. landlord
