Physical inspection to pull credit report

We are first time landlord and have a good tenant candidate. Income and bankstatement (for what they submitted) looks good. The only thing left is credit report check. We are using tenant screening package offered by ezlandlord. It will take 5-12 bz days for us to be qualified. The tenant candidate may not be able to wait that long. Is there any other way for us to get the credit report faster?

I would suggest contacting the credit service company, they would best be able to assist you.

Resident Research can get you info within 24-48 hours.

Why the process is too slow? I am using tenant screening services from Kingsbury Homes, they are very quick.
