We are now managing our home in CA for the first time , . Our tenants are moving out and we need to rent the house out. How do we go about running an applicants credit ? TIA

There are many methods to run a background report. Using any of the credit bureaus is a great place to start for a full credit report. This website actually offers a report that TransUnion carries out and out of all of the other I used I really like this one.

Minutes. Once they run it you get it right away
