Tenant screening is a very important aspect. Poor Credit Score and Financial History is one of the main things a tenant will try to cover up or keep from you their credit history. what do you think ? Share your comments!

What i like to do is get physical tenant applications from all that apply. I review the ones i have collected and narrow it down to 2-5 to send a tenant screening request to. This so far has been working great for me. My tenants are great tenants and pay on time.
