Wife does not have SS#

In process of renting home to husband and wife, however, wife has kept her last name, not his, and does not have a SS#. Husband states she has a tax ID and Drivers License. They are from India. What information should I have on the lease for her?

A Tax ID # is a tax processing number for certain nonresident and resident aliens, their spouse and dependents. The ITIN is only available to individuals who cannot get a social security number (SSN). Not sure what you mean by "What information should I have on the LEASE for her?"

Thank you. I was not sure what to put in mylease agreement where the SS# item is. I will now put this ID number.
