All my rentals are in Sacramento and I have had to evict tenants from one of my properties and have gotten judgments on all the evictions but have not found a way to collect them I have a total of 10k in judgments but no way to collect anyone know of a company that I can sent them to collect the debit ?

You would be better off participating in something like the judgment collections training that we provide, because you would not have to pay a company to collect then. Michelle Germann Judgment Hub LLC 1-727-537-0613

I gave them a 3 Day Notice to Vacte for not paing rent. They moved out in that time frame. How do I sure them for the damages and reminder of the contract?
