Farm land lease agreement

I have inherited a farm. A good portion of the farm is tillable. It is currently being leased with an informal agreement. I am looking for guidance for drafting a formal lease agreement that outlines the responsibilities of the tenant (proper maintenance of the tillable acreage, etc for continued production) and the landowner. Please advise. Thank you. Linda

Hello Linda, I have created a Farm Land Lease Agreement using EzLandlordForms Garage/Storage Lease Agreement. It covers everything I needed it to, and whatever it didn't I put in the Rules and Regulations and Special Terms an conditions page. Hope this helps!
