New android app to calculate Prorated Rent

Hello everyone, My wife is a property manager and I created a prorated rent calculator for Android phones. The link is here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.proratedrentcalculator It is completely free to download. It will created prorated rent based upon move in/out date, month, collection date, and rent amount. Please let me know what you think!
