emotional support pet

So what kind of papers does the tenant have to provide  to make  a cat emotional support who does the animal have to be reg with and does it require shots?   can you charge extra and pet deposit and everything

Cats are pets, period.
ESA letter from LMHP. You can also have the tenant's LMHP to complete the housing accommodation form
