Smokers

Can you rent an apartment in PA and legally ask the tenant to not smoke? Can I have it as a clause in the lease?

Smokers are not a protected class.
What about in the state of Ohio?  Are there any restrictions on renting to smokers?
Yes, in Step 5 of the Lease Builder there is a check mark you can click that says "Absolutely no smoking is permitted on leased premises."
