My son let his friend and Family move in with him five months ago to help him
out if he would help on the bills. Now my son is wanting him out but his friend is insisting that he is a tenant by verbal? He is also saying he needs a 30 day notice to leave instead of a 7day which I told him was possible. What is correct in the state of Alabama.
I am leasing my property to a tenant that has an additional occupant listed on the lease. The tenant want the occupant to leave and he won't. Does an occupant hav any leagal standing even though he hasn't signed the lease.
