How to evict a co-owner who move in to the property without permission or notice ?

....who move in after the tenants move out and haven't paid insurance, taxes and the rent for my part of the property (Denver- Colorado) ?

That's a tough one. I would start by trying to evict them the normal way, with an eviction notice and then filing in court, and see what the judge says. Be sure to take a lot of supporting documentation with you to court.
