can I evict my tenants for being dirty and tearing up the appliances . Also the doors are pulled off the hinges. They have only been there for 2 months . they pay by the week and i have given them notice for being late once and once for being to noisy. Can I just give them a 2 week notice to move?

It depends on whether there are noise and cleanliness regulations in the lease agreement you signed. If you included a clause that allows you to cancel the lease if they pay the rent late more than X times in a year, you can get them that way too.
