Pet Fee

Is a non-refundable Pet Fee illegal in Oregon? I've always charged one and now someone emails me via my ad and tells me they are illegal!

A non-refundable pet, cleaning or other fee MUST be clearly marked and acknowledged that it is non-refundable in the state of Oregon.
