Can a landlord evict a renter for intolerable indifferences with the landlord and the tentant , even if they are on a year lease? Also can you evict them if they have disturbed renters on your other side..Example a Duplex?????

Typically many states have a nuisance regulation that states if they are becoming troublesome to your other renters you have a right to terminate the lease. So yes, if they are playing loud music late into the night or causing other problems you typically will have a right to tell them to stop and terminate the lease if they don't. Getting proof of the problems may be a good idea as well.
