We gave our tenant a 33 day notice as her lease was expiring the next month. Assuming she would be out, when we arrived on the 1st of the month , she was still there and refusing to leave. she was on social services and stopped payment to us. we just want her out and she is abusing the system because the system sucks and she knows how to get away with it. we went back and gave her a 3 day verbal notice to pay the rent but at this time we do not want the money and just want her out. we did give her the legal 30+ day notice legally and with more than enough time to find an apartment. She is now living there rent free water free and with people and a dog without our permission. we have the paperwork ready to file with the courts but come on HOW IS THIS FAIR!!
