2 roommates one wants to move out

I have two roommates who also happen to be sisters. They are not getting along at all. The one sister wants to accept a job and break the lease. I told them per my lawyer they either both stay or both leave. The sister that is paying does not want to leave. Any advice.

You could have the one sister sublet the other room, with the subtenant subject to your approval.
