I have a tenant that will not be renewing lease, but already paid this month's rent. I am required by law to give them two weeks to move out on the house? My property is in Texas. I would really appreciate some feedback. Thanks Vanessa

Hi Vanessa, for the state of Texas... TX Assist: A monthly tenancy or a tenancy from month to month may be terminated by the tenant or the landlord giving notice of termination to the other of at least 30 days.
