ive been evicted from my commercial lease do to non payment of rent! i got incarcerated and was released on may 28 of this year! once i talked to my landlord I asked can i pay him to get my things he replied no and later stated that he had plans to keep my things in the shop & I was only allowed to get my personal effects! is this legal? he also changed the locks with out any notification do to my incarceration, is that legal! please let me know if it worth going to court over!

Ooo, not sure because of incarceration. You may want to contact an attorney.
