Tenant just up and left

PA Law info needed  Our tenant has 10 months left on his lease and has packed up and left.There have some things left but the family is gone.What do we do next?thank you

Art, I am sorry but I dont have any legal advice as I am a landlord in SC. I would send a notice to the rental address, documenting you believe they have abandoned the unit. There is traditionally a time frame before removing any property.
