tenant did not move all his possesions after move out date

A tenant gave 30 days notice and come move out date they did not move out all of their belongings however they no longer reside on the premisses. Do i still nee to go thru the eviction process?

No. You need to either have them sign a letter that the remaining belongings are yours or tell them they need to move it from the premises. If they don’t sign a letter and they don’t remove, you will have to place it in storage and possibly auction it off. Do you know how to reach them? -----Disclaimer: Since I’ve been answering a lot of questions, I thought I would make the following statement. I’m not affiliated with EZlandlord Forms.
