EVICTION

I recently found out my landlord house the house I am renting on craigslist to be rented in October.  My lease ends in Feb.  I am assuming he plans on evicting me, yet, I have not been served any paperwork.  How long do I have from me being served to move out of the house?   I have been time with my rent every month.  This is all over my mothers dog that I now have, due to her passing away.  Any input would be appreciated.  Heidi
