Eviction

I have a tri-plex in wyoming, and the couple in one of the units have had the police called on them twice in two months by two different tenants due to the loud arguments.  We have started the eviction process but they now harass the younger couple living below them, blaming them for calling the police.  any suggestions on how to speed up the process before my other tenants move out.  I purchased the house in November and this couple conveyed.
