Expierd Lease / Tenent refuses to move out

I'm serving a 3 day notice to vacate to tenant who's lease expired March 31st. How long does it take once I file an eviction with the JP to be able to forcably remove the tenant?

I would ask your local court house, they should surely be able to give you an estimate.
