Tenant has lease but they are not paying rent

what happens if i only gave my tenants the free forms from ez landlord and not the premium one to sign for there lease. I am having a problem with them and they have not paid rent this month.

If rent is late, send a late rent notice. If rent is still not paid then you would proceed with an eviction.
