5 day notice to pay or quit Arizona

If a 5 day notice to pay or quit is e-mailed to the tenant and a read receipt is received through EZ Landlord Forms website showing date and time letter was read, do I still need to mail a certified letter for proof of delivery?

Yes, you would still need to deliver in person, or send certified mail, the read receipt will not hold up in court.
