tenant switched out fridge when she moved out.

ok all I have a good one, I bought a new fridge for one of my units 4 years ago, I had a tenant move out a few months ago, I had a new tenant move in, new tenant said fridge not working. I had my maintenance guy check the fridge and put freon in there, I looked over the fridge real good and noticed it was not the same fridge previous tenant switched out the fridge. Anyway I got a new fridge its going to be delivered tomorrow from lowes I got a real good price on it. I wanted to post so others can be aware. I going to mark this one and all the other appliances that belong to the unit. And wanted to give folks a heads up. I wonder if there is some kind of tracker that can be put on the items so they do not float out of the door.
