squatter....

I have a renter who was the best you could have.  She had her boyfriend move in with her without me knowing then she was arrested on a parole violation and has gone to jail.  Her boyfriend is still in the house but hasn't paid any rent since she left.  How can I get him out?  I don't even know his name or how to contact him.  He refuses to answer the door but I can see he is still there.  The dogs are being fed and watered.  I will be putting a 3-day notice on the door in the morning.  December was the last rent she paid.     Cleta
