I hired a contractor, let him stay in my house for free for 2 months to complete work to get a CO. He has not finished work. Want him out. How do I do this? We have no lease. He is using my heat now.

You will need to treat him like a tenant and evict him. Tip for the future, ALWAYS get everything in writing.
