Renters moved out and left house in bad condition. Can I charge them for broken blinds that can not be repaired and blue stain on carpet that can not come out? I am selling the rental and not replacing the blinds nor am I replacing the carpet but feel renters should be charged thru their security/cleaning deposit.

We took the blinds down assuming potential buyers will put in their own blinds and steam cleaned the carpet. However, blue stain will not come out.
