I used a 12 month lease from your site for a tenant that moved into my property on March 1, 2011. The lease stated that at the end of this lease term it would automatically continue for an additional lease term until such time landlord and/or tenant provde a written notice of 45 days. I need help interpreting what that means in the context of how my tenant moved out. He gave 30 days notice that he would be moving out at the end of June, 2013. Does his current lease term end 2/29/2014?
