Eviction of tenant who has roaches

We have had the apartment house sprayed monthly for bugs for the last 2 years. The exterminator says that they are all coming from one apartment because they are in the electronics and there is no way to get rid of them. We have another building beside this one and now have no bugs there. The tenants beside this tenant are complaining. He pays his rent on time and does't bother anyone except for the bugs. We are in Alabama. What are our options?

How do I file for court date to have tenants' who have been served with eviction notice but refuse to move/ cause of eviction ROACHES THAT ARE INTERFEIRING WITH OTHER 2-OTHER APT'S IN SAME BLDG ?

I have tenants that just moved in a few weeks ago. Our monthly pest control service noted that they have an active roach infestation in their unit which has begun to spread. Suggestions??

Give him a 30-day notice to correct for violating the lease. Your lease does indicate that the tenant must keep the property clean and take care of any infestations, correct?
