In WA State, how much can landlord "charge" for labor?

We did some work ourselves, to save us and tenant money, so can we now include a reasonable labor charge for repairs to be deducted from security deposit. My husband did have to use 2 vacation days to do the work, so it really did cost us something.

A good base is to charge the amount for the cost of the materials. Set up a list of the costs of each product or would be cost if you had to purchase it. Then choose if you would be charging a time and labor cost and calculate an hourly price.
