Personal Property Left Behind

We recently had a tenant turn in her keys and vacate the property leaving behind a mess of garbage in the yard and house as well as personal property.  It's all junk...nothing we would sell, just throw away (even old food in the fridge).  I am confused on Wisconsin law, it says we can store it and sell it but we do not want to do either.  I assume we can clean and throw away what is really trash?  And then give her notice in writing to come get the rest of the personal property (even though she already signed something saying she would have it out by the 31st).  Is there a minimum time frame we must give her to get it out and then if she does not take it by that date, are we free to throw it all away?
