My tenants (terrible terrible) have finally moved out (4-17).. but the house is yuck now. Trying to determind what I can withhold from the security deposit. This is what they left: *Dog feces in backyard *Dog trashed the yard so he put down hay? *Stove/oven caked with food *Urine stains on carpet in living room and bedroom *Large scratch on my dishwasher Can I deduct this from the security deposit?

Yes all of this can be deducted from the security deposit. Make sure to take photos of it all and the cost for cleaning and repairs. You will want to send them a notice of a breakdown of why they are not getting the security back with the proof.
