Can a manager serve an eviction when a trust holds title?

If the manager is the active property manager /landlord for the property and there is a tenant then yes. Until the managers contract is ended they have the right carry out their duties as needed. Definitely check with a realestate attorney for all of the specifics and the rights of each party.
