30 day notice on Month to Month lease

If there are three people on the lease (that is now month to month), do all three people need to give written notice to vacate, or is it acceptable to have notice from only one (or two) of them.

You would want a notice from all of them however it could be one notice if all names are on it and signed. This will help incase you need it in a court matter or just proof of notice!
