assaulted by a tenant

Can I evict a tenant because she assaulted me and we live in the same duplex

Was this reported to the police number 1, number 2 if it was absolutely. If there was not an official police report please gather the evidence and proof of the assault and begin the eviction process and submit everything to the court as an official eviction.
