Send PA eviction notices first class, certified or hand deliver/post?

I'm located in Pennsylvania, do I send the 10 day notice to quit, by First Class Mail, Certified Mail or hand deliver/post on property? Thank you!

You can send it all of those ways even email. I like to personally deliver and if they do not answer post directly to the house.
