Is the tenant responsible for paying the remaining monthly lease payments if they terminate the lease early?

Yes, and any portion that is not paid by a new lease for the remaining months of their lease

I have tenants that moved in feb 1 2015 and the lease is for one year. The tenant is responsible for paying the remaining months, which are 10 of them. or is it until I rent the apartment again?? Diana
