I had to evict my tenants, first with the ezlandlord forms, then the sheriff issued eviction. They are giving me a hard time. Say they can't move into their new place until Friday, so they want to stay until then. I said no. They moved all their stuff outside and what they could into a uhaul truck, now all is sitting there including the truck and they are nowhere to be found and won't answer their phones or respond to text. What is my next step? Linda
