EVICT A TENANT

I have a tenant that is 15 days late with rent she refuses to answer the phone or the door.  I did give her 5 days to pay rent and tomorrow is day 5 there is no lease and I just want her out what steps do I need to take?

You need to send her a pay or quit notice. If she doesn't respond start eviction proceedings with the court. Good Luck.
