Landlord wants to Move In Rental

Hello, I am going through divorce, and would like to move back into my rental home. I live in TN, and just recently renewed the lease with tenant for another year. She complains constantly about the area. Please give me some advice on how I can terminate lease and move back into my home legally. Thanks, Faye

The best thing to do is to help her find a new place and draw up a mutual termination of lease agreement with a solid move out date. If you work together chances are it will go smoothly. However if you try to break the lease you may be violating the lease if the tenant has not done anything wrong.
