My bother in law and sister in law are getting a divorce. My brother in law owns the house they are living in with his father, not the wife. Can the father/co-owner serve the wife with a 60 day eviction notice? or is there a specific way to make her move out of the house?

So only the Father owns the house or does the father and son? If it is just the father sure he can evict the wife from his property however if he co-owns the house you will need to let the court sort that out. Divorce is a messy beast, the court will have the final say. The wife is not married to the father so if he is the sole owner they will have a better chance of getting her out early.
