I am thinking about using a collection agency to go after an evicted tenant. Has anyone used this method and how effective was it?

Yes I have but the best way to do it is to go through small claims and have court backing so that it is easier to have a warrant put in place if need be.

thank you. I have the court for the $ owed on the eviction. I will file small claims on the total per the lease.
