Tenant moved out while I was away and never paid rent.

While I was out to state, tenant moved out and did not pay rent. Never told me she was moving out. Plus left broken window and junk all over my basement. I have her new address. What do I do next, would like her to pay the rent and broken window.

Having the address is great! I would be starting court proceedings, especially if there is term left on the lease.
