eviction of a section 8 tenant

I have a tenant who is a section 8 and refuse to comply with her lease agreement I did every thing and she refuses to comply, now she got an unauthorized tenant to smoking, in a non smoking unit. I served her because now the other tenant are complainting, If I evict, When do section 8 stop payment?

The eviction would be the same for non-assistance tenants, except will most likely end in court.
