Hello, On Thursday I filed for an eviction of my tenants due o non-payment of rent and habitual late payments. I received the tenant's March rent payment minus the late fee yesterday (Friday). Am I required to stop the eviction process? I didn't receive their late fee and they should owe me for filing fees. Do I accept the payment if it's not in whole?
