Tennant Took Washer Dryer & Butcher block

She knowingly took them, i have it in text. I purchased the butcher block prep table used for $500.. i cant find one new for under $2,000.. what do i charge her for it? i know I am not going to see it, I am just going after a judgement at this point, but I dont want to get lectured by the judge.

I would charge what you will have to pay to replace.
