Can OR give 30 day notice if home is being sold to owner occupy?

Hey ya'll, my tenant has lived in OR, Clackamas CO for 7 years and is currently month-month. I know normal notice is 60 days. Can it be 30 if it is being sold to a buyer who will owner occupy? Thanks, Jerry

Probably yes. Check with state/local laws
